The chili at Skyline lacks any sort of nuance, instead carrying the majority of its flavor via a heroic amount of salt and a bit... of cinnamon. It seems like, for the most part, good chili is reserved primarily for local cook-offs and competitions.Unfortunately, the chili here does nothing to challenge this trend.
