I went in today with my toddler. I waited in line behind 5 people only to be told I couldn't get ice cream because he wasn't ... trained and they needed a 4th person to come in in an half hour before serving me. I insisted because I didn't want todisappoint my kid. He asked that he take care of the customers behind me 1st. I said ok. Next he couldn't ring my order. Thenhe had a 5 min convo about his broken down car with another customer ( that had already been served). Every step of getting 2scoops of ice cream with sprinkles required him to ask his coworker. She even told him to get something out the fridge. Hewasn't trying or using common sense. On top of this they were discussing an irate customer from earlier. Worst worst worst customer service manager on duty was rude when ask to speak to manager she said she was ask her name she... said she didn't have a name also her coworkers didn't have names. The young lady who was serving us got so scared when hermanager startedyelling.I was yelled at for no reason all the customers where surprised at her behavior she ring everyone uphaving me wait. Customers got involved and told her she was rude. She didn't care. I was there Saturday September25,2021@7:15pm. Love the selections but lots of business here to leave very young people working all on their own. I get staffing is crazy right... now all over the US but I had to wait 15 minutes at least to be cashed out at the Dunkin donut register when I bought icecreambecause they were overworked and didn't want to deal with coupons. I get it but it's a part of business and it's not like Ididn't spend more money that day. Should consider having someone with more experience in the store at all times. Read more
Good ice cream, bad service People should get a portion for what they paid for. Portions at this location are smaller than other... BR in the area. The girl with blue shirt assuming is the manager came to take our order with a bad attitude. Not sure sherealizes customers is what keeps her business open and her employee. Employees will not honor their promotion. This banner had always been there and had always been the policy. Buy triple scoop and... get free waffle cone. Employee try to say it's expired and point to date on bottom. I pointed out that's the exclusion datebecause they have other promotes on those month/31 dates ... The staff would just let people cut in line. They hardly spoke English, had bad attitudes, and clearly wished to be somewhere... else. Avoid this place at all costs! Go to a local independent business. Read more
