Ordered takeout. Went with the beachland burger for simplicity. Ordered the patty medium well and it was left on the grill for... about 3 minutes too long. Dry and sad. The burger is a "build your own" style but 3 ingredients I asked for were left off. Read more
Excellent take out. Had the mamas meat loaf and the shrimp risotto. Absolutely delicious. Nice Demi Glace with mushrooms spinach... and bacon on the meatloaf and liberal use of white wine and capers in my risotto. Exceptional job staff. Read more
Absolutely remarkable. After a considerable amount of time challenged with personal life my new wife and I had an opportunity to... visit disenchanting Tavern. The service impeccable so polite and accommodating. The food exceeded any and all expectations. Theribeye I had was absolutely beautiful deliciously prepared and served. (Last visited October 10, 2021.) That really doesn't matter because I'm in here quite often. Lol. I feel bad for being so late... to review this place, but my OCD doesn't allow me to, but today, that changes! I'm here to tell you why I love this place ANDwhy I filmed a video here! Atmosphere/Appearance: Like it says in the name, this place is a really laid-back, chill, mellowtavern. The restaurant isn't the biggest, but that's okay. There's quite a bit of seating outside for the warmer months andquite a big bar area as well complete with high-tops, booths as well as a lengthy bar rail. Beyond the bar area is a more"official-looking" dining room that's made up of booths with traditional tables in the center. It's never really too loud orrowdy in here, one of the reasons why I like it. Service: We've been taken care of by quite a few people here and they've allbeen pretty awesome. I'm going to shout out Catnis, Kristen and Amy. I appreciate you all for always taking care of my crewwhenever we come in! Food: Once I found out they had smoked wings here, I kinda stuck to that section of the menu. Lol. Theycan fry your wings traditionally, but why waste wings frying them?! GET THEM SMOKED! They are incredible! I've also hadeverything single flavor they offer (mild Buffalo, hot Buffalo, BBQ, sweet garlic chili, honey mustard, honey chipotle andkitchen sink) with kitchen sink being my favorite next to their hot buffalo then honey chipotle. They can do no wrong here! Themeat falls right off of the bone! The fried is good too, don't get me wrong, but smoked is the way to go. Value: I can't reallyput a dollar figure on this place because the prices seem to rise and fall due to the market, especially within the last 2years, BUT what I WILL say is to come during happy hour! You will get a NICE deal. I can't remember the happy hour times duringthe week, but I do know we've come many times on Sunday and happy hour lasts the entire day... or until 7:00pm. Lol. Delicious lunch spot with great service! I love the high tables and bar area seating because it all adds to the casual ambiance... with sports on the TVs. Between two of us, we enjoyed our picks: the daily special of thai chili cauliflower, a fresh chickenquesadilla, fabulous salmon burger + onion rings. A side of Caesar salad and sweet potato fries rounded out the order and wetook home mac + cheese for my friend's kids. A Stella on tap and an iced tea helped it all go down. I'd definitely get thesalmon burger again. The mac + cheese was good (we got it plain/ no add-ons). Really terrific lady bartender/ server. Just whatI needed to hang and enjoy the afternoon! So I quit my career this day after 6 years of a cut throat industry and I wanted to celebrate with a DRANK! So after a little... shopping my friend and I came here for a drank and some food. I drank a grapefruit martini (I love martinis hehe) and we alsohad wine both were so delishhh we also got cauliflower thai chili "wings" whatever you call it sorry Im not so helpful I'm a fewglasses of wine in right now and my brain is impaired. BUT anyway back to drinks...Im not much of a drinker (????) so to me itwas a little strong but they were so good. WE both had a salmon sandwich I got mine with mash potatoes which were so amazing Ican go for that right now again actually and she had the same but with sweet potato fries. The food was all so good, theatmosphere was so chill and friendly and the place was clean and very easy going. Prices are regular and the locations very easyto find. I definitely would like to come back. My friend and I were low key jelly we didn't get invited to toast with thestrangers next to us lol its ok we'll just invite ourselves to the next toast we see. we just love to celebrate things rather weknow them or not lol. Walked in with a party of 14 and after sitting down at separate tables, the bar staff quickly suggested that we combined tables... to make one big table seeing as the bar was 90% empty. After moving over to our new big table, we placed our drink orders. Whenthe drinks finally arrived, they were very lack luster. Mediocre taste and even more mediocre presentation. At that point, itwas roughly 8:15. We were unaware that they closed at 9:00. We had asked if somebody showed up late if they would be allowed tocome in and just sit with us, we received a ?no, no, no, absolutely not? from our waitress. To top off the mediocre food andservice, no less than 2 minutes after we paid off our $600 tab, the manager (or maybe owner?) was nice enough to come over andlet us know that we were not allowed to move tables in the future (which his staff suggested and did). There are better placesto get drinks and food in this town. Please consider spending your money at a place that puts more effort in their food, drinks,and customer service. Read more
