I?m extremely disappointed with the service provided by this Chick-fil-A . Not only is it the worst service that I?ve ever... received at a Chick-fil-A but it?s some of the worst service that I?ve received at any fast food establishment. I went up to thedrive thru line and it was minutes before anyone even greeted me . Once someone did answer, I had to repeat my order 5 times andthey still didn?t get it right . The young man who was taking the orders didn?t have any manners and was not polite at all . Itwas a bit embarrassing . I had to pull up to a parking space and wait longer for them to get me my food. Once I finally got myfood , there were items missing from The order and once again my order was incorrect so I had to go inside . I worked atChick-fil-A for years so I try to have compassion because I know that it?s not the easiest job to have , but this is simplyunacceptable. This is not the service that Chick-fil-A prides itself on . This type of service really speaks volumes about theoperator of this Chick-fil-A . I haven?t been to this establishment because they always get my order wrong it?s been a whole year since I?ve been to this... location. Always order no tomatoes no pickles it says it right on the box and still put pickles in my sandwich. The person whotook my order I specifically said I also wanted a large half lemonade half iced tea with no ice he put me down for a medium.After gave me the largest still put ice in it. I cannot make this up are used to work retail myself and I still do however everytime I come to this location no matter how long has been there forever get my order long is truly upsetting as a client for thisestablishment. This is by far THE WORST Chick-Fil-A location I have ever been to! I have witnessed staff yelling at each other in front of... guests on multiple occasions, something with my order is ALWAYS wrong (incorrect drink flavors, missing items ordered, saladsonly half completed, etc), and I even got the middle finger once from one of their drivers! They are so quick to push youthrough the drive thru that the attention to detail is just not there. Not to mention that their fries are consistentlysoggy/not cooked all the way & they are only filled half way. I have decided that enough is enough & will now drive to anothertown to visit a better location. Read more
Was given fries instead of Mac and cheese, asked for the price of the mac and cheese to be discounted to the price of the fries... since my time was wasted (which is valuable) and the employee at the register with an attitude acted like he owned therestaurant told me no this isn?t McDonald?s ?home boy? super rude, I asked for the manager and she backed up his behavior. I have never ever had bad experiences with Chick-fil-A I?m heart broken. but seriously twice I have had my order just all wrong.... First complaint I had cold fries and my lemonade was just straight pulp yuck. My second complaint is having to wait for freshchicken minis then we get them and they were hard huge bummer! The top was soft and fluffy but we couldn?t even eat the rest. Soso upset too expensive to be wasting money. This used to be my favorite restaurant ugh! Read more
Used drive thru. Staff was great but I'm beyond disappointed with my waffle fries. It got worse as I reached the bottom of... carton. Smh. Looks like they saved all the crumbs from previous bags and decided to clear out the freezer for the end of monthrotation. If it were not for being on a road trip I would of went back and asked for some legit waffle fries. Then again, withall these viral videos of what workers do to peoples food when they complain makes one a little hesitant. I will just make sureto not stop here on my next road trip. Read more
