I?m nearby this spot so I actually pick up from here very often (at least I used to). Recently had the worst experience with one... of the soggiest burritos that was missing the actual meat, veggies and cheese that I order. It was actually crazy to see thatmost of my order was wrong. This place has been going downhill in my opinion for the last couple months, getting something wrongwith my order here or there (not a big issue cause I?m a baller so ya know whatevea). However, really dissatisfied with my lastexperience here, kinda sucks cause I actually love chipotle high key, but now that love is slowly fading as the honeymoon phaseof our relationship subsides, and the reality of all the red flags I previously overlooked become more and more evident. This is the worst location I have ever been to. I will be sticking to the other West Hartford location even if it's out of the... way. The individual that made my order was filled with attitude and or impatience. The restuarant is very loud, so I could nothear what they were saying. I?ve gone in this location many times because it was convenient. There used to be a very friendly manger by the name of Nick. He... was very kind and the place seemed well kept up. I go in there today and there is a very long line. One person working upfront.It?s during the day and it?s busy. There should be more people around working. What you guys can?t hire people or something? Theplace is dirty. There are knats flying around. It?s hot in the restaurant. The floors and tables are dirty. Seems likemanagement has changed. It changed for the worse. I talked to the new manager and she kept ignoring my questions. She is veryrude. She needs more training or needs to step down as a manager. Fix the place up. No one wants to eat or get food from a nastyrestaurant. Even the bathrooms are dirty. Fix your drink machines and keep the bugs out of the place. This place is am absolute rip off. Got our order completely wrong. Didn't notice until we got h9me. And they didn't put a... receipt in the bag so no chance of a refund. every location in CT has gone downhill because the management just doesn't careabout the customer. I eat a lot of Chipotle. The food is 9/10. This center location is the worst. The management is clearly lazy. The bathrooms are... almost never cleaned, they rarely have the fountain drinks operational, and they are the only restaurant in the center withoutoutdoor seating. (Photos) The line workers are often pleasant and helpful. Management has turned a high demand, high rentlocation into a take out food dispenser because few stay to eat anymore. This is also the location that our delivery comes fromand there are always items missing or wrongly delivered. Always check the order before leaving or letting the delivery drivergo. Every single time I come to this specific location there?s always an issue. My husband picked up our order to find it not there.... The manager said that it was lost or someone walked off with it. They re made the order. When my husband came home with it -itwas incorrect. After chatting with a bot online I called the store and spoke to the manager. Food was good, but salas chips 1/2 we're stale. Food would have been a 4. WH atmosphere needs to be more welcoming. I asked the... guy in front of me, " had he been served ?".
