West Hartford, New Britain Ave Chipotle?s ???. A very sad display of customer service?. I asked for a side of dressing and... they wanted to charge me for it and it was an eighth of the container filled. I asked if they could at least fill up thecontainer and I?d pay for it ,but she refused. This has never happened before at any other chipotle. Needless to say ,I willnot be coming back to this branch. Very angry workers that are not very happy to be working there. I? genuinely want to give this store a good rating because when they are good, they are great. However, I? have had too many bad... instances with this specific store to give them a good one. The only time I? am hopeful they?ll give me a quality meal is whenI? walk in and sometimes that isn?t always guaranteed because the ingredients aren?t always as fresh as they claim. Whenever I?order online or through DoorDash, it?s always horrible. They?re skimpy with the ingredients, I? get orders that are not mine andsometimes my order is even canceled randomly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Workers do not like to make enough food. Every other location ensures they have enough dressing and toppings... until close. This location consistently runs out of salad dressing and other toppings in the afternoon until close and does notmake more. Just close the location at noon if your staff is too lazy to ensure there is sufficient food. Read more
