The girl working the counter was SO rude and looked MISERABLE. Slamming things and Throwing my order, forks, and crumpled up... napkins in the bag while glaring at me. No, hello, no thank you's or your welcomes, no have a nice day. I understood days can behard..... i work in retail too, and you have to at least TRY. I was nothing but kind and thankful. They don't honor the hours on the company's own website. Call ahead - don't make my mistake and trust they'll be open just... because their own website says they are. If they are open when you go, there's no guarantee they'll be willing to sell you whatyou ordered. Last time I successfully bought there, it was a fight to get some cinnamon rolls. Overall, don't bother making aspecial trip, but you may get lucky if you're in the mall anyway. Read more
If you're craving something sweet while shopping, this is the place to go. Good prices and cinnabons are not the only thing on... the menu. Ice cream, smoothies, lemonade, etc. Definitely recommend it! Read more
I love Cinnabon but I haven?t bought from the one in this mall because while the people who make the food wear gloves, the... people who handle and give out the food do not wear gloves. This really turns me off from buying anything at this location. I?dlove to buy from the Westfarms Cinnabon but I won?t be able to do that until the workers wear gloves. Read more
The Staff??. As I get older I wonder if I was like this when I was younger and working. Not bad life but they didn?t respect the... fact they had customers. Talked to each other the whole interaction. Why 4 Stars? Cause the Cinnabon was delicious. Read more
