SO SO disgusting and unprofessional. My friend and I ordered sandwiches for pickup at 8:45 and 8:50 respectively. When we... arrived the sandwiches were not ready but we were told they were being prepared so we left and came back in 10 minutes. When wecame back we were told that the 8:50 order was ready and the second order was currently on the grill. We watched as team memberspacked up the restaurant then proceeded to make themselves personal sandwiches to go home with and then stare at us. We werethen told that they were "unable" to make the 8:45 order that was supposedly "on the grill" 10 minutes ago, because they getlocked out of the system after 9 and then don't know what's supposed to be on it. We get our refund for the 8:45 order and gohome. Only to find out that they gave me a sandwich with meat on it. I am vegetarian and my receipt clearly says veggies (nomeat). This was such an unprofessional display that I had to leave a review because I was in shock. I'll never be coming to thisrestaurant again and I will be going in bright and early on Monday to get my refund. Read more

I know this picture seems staged, and I wish it was. But my panini came with a big black elastic hair tie inside . DISGUSTING.... How does this even happen? And when I called the store to let them know about the safety issue they didn't seem at all concernedand told me a manager wouldn't be available until Monday. Read more
Great for people with allergies. Wrapped panini in foil and gave knife to cut it myself to remove cross contamination.
It was nice. Place was for the most part clean. Staff was friendly. It was busy, but not overwhelming. The food was okay. Not... sure specifically what it was, but it was just okay. Wouldn't go out of my way to revisit. I visited the hot table in Enfield inthe past and it was phenomenal, so not sure what happened here. Perhaps food wasn't as fresh or prepared to our liking. We were thrilled to find out that Hot Table was opening a location in West Hartford and decided to give it a try on the opening... day. Placed an online order for 40 minutes out. I arrived 10 minutes early and our order was already on the pickup shelf. Afterless then a 5 minute drive home we ended up with slightly warm bread but sandwiches were cold inside... Steak in my sandwich wasliterally cold as if it came out of the fridge not too long ago. Cheese not even melted. Totally disappointed. Their bread isdelicious and we are hoping for a better experience next time. Read more
Tuna panini is my absolute fav! The steak & cheese with mushrooms? Unbelievable. I inhaled them during my pregnancy & still do... pretty often! Delivery is always fast, orders are always right, salads are so crunchy. ???????? Love u guys ???? Read more
