Aside from the great food and yummy queso I had to come write this review especially for Gina ?????? After a tough day at work I... decided we were gonna order probably my favorite food at the moment ???????? through Uber eats and after I placed my order Icalled the store to ask for extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side because I?ve been craving it all week and not only did shemake sure I got my extra sauce she made my day soooo much better!!! SHE?S AMAZING AND NEEDS A PROMOTION IMMEDIATELY LOL ???? Iwould LOVE to have someone like her on my staff!! The manager, Gina is extremely nice and attentive to customers. I have allergies and she ensures that my food is prepared... carefully and without cross contamination. I come in about once a month or every other month and she remembers me each time.This is a place that I feel comfortable and welcome eating with my gluten allergy when Gina is working. Read more
Went into the store to place 2 kids order as the app is having issues with placing kids meals. I was given 2 kids cheese moo moo... instead of 2 kids masterpiece. As soon as I saw the order I told the cashier/manager that is not what I ordered. This ladyblatantly told me that I would have to reorder and pay again before they were even placed in my bag. Her reasoning they werealready made. Went to my car called to speak with a manager and again she told me she would not press the burrito on the stoveand hung up the phone in my ear. Edit (added 8/19/22): I reached out to corporate inquiring about a refund for the queso, and they were very generous and gave me... refund for both items (the quesadilla and queso). Also, they said sometimes their chips turn that darker color in processing?Still seems weird to me it was only the one chip out of the whole bag I had, but just wanted to add they say it?s not mold. Iusually love Moe?s, but this is the worst location I?ve been to or ordered from. Did an online order with delivery because I wassick. Fairly basic: chicken club quesadilla and a cup of queso. First, the queso was missing from the order. Second, thequesadilla was missing the lettuce (and possibly the ranch, or at least very skimpy on it). They had a very friendly staff. It was a clean place, and is your basic Moe's Southwest grill. I'll definitely recommend if... you're in the area and if you want a franchised Mexican restaurant/ fast food joint. Read more
Ordered through GrubHub and spent over $30 for two burritos with no cheese, guac, rice because they removed all the options from... the GrubHub menu. The description states these burritos come with those toppings, so we assumed it wouldn't be a problem.Complete mistake. Called the store and the woman who answered was incredibly unsympathetic and told us we should have added allthe extras under "notes" or called and amended the order. When I explained that this didn't make sense, she just repeated theinstructions and said other customers had the same problem. No offer of a replacement. How would we possibly know this beforeseeing the food? Food took almost an hour to be made and delivered. Will not be ordering here again. Read more
Editing my previous 5 star review. Kids meals no longer free on Sundays. Our usual $20 order was $45 today. They were also out... of the dessert included in the kids meal, so we just didn't get that part. Guess we won't be back Read more
