This Olive Garden has been on point with their meals from our last several orders which have been curbside. They never skimp on... the potions and the food is always fresh! Today we were met by a lady out in the rain that took my name and brought our foodback to us. She was very sweet and helpful. Today was Veterans Day and to my surprise unlike other restaurants Olive Gardenprovided what I believe to be a regular size portion which was plenty enough. Other restaurants limit what Veterans can havewhich is fine but don’t limit on the portions as well. Thank you Olive Garden! Read more

Aside from it being ridiculously expensive, my experience at this particular Olive Garden was great. Jacinda was the person who... waited on us and they were exceptional. Very nice, attentive and good personality. Our food was served incredibly fast and itwas very good. I got the cheese ravioli dish and it was very tasty. And as always, the bread sticks are a yummy bonus. Read more

So sad. Usually the food is amazing and the service good. Sadly this time and trip were a huge let down. Chicken was over... cooked. Our waitress was very much distracted by her friends that were at the table next to us. My husband ordered a hotchocolate that never came out yet it was charged on the receipt. My husband spoke with a manager, she was very polite andrespectful. Food was mediocre at best. Chicken over cooked and was so dry. My husband and our daughter ordered steamedbroccoli and our waitress never brought that out either. It saddens me because this is/ was one of our favorite food places. Wedrove from bristol to East Windsor (50 minute drive) because the food is usually great, and the service is usually good togreat. This night it was eh at best. Read more

Very expensive, for not expensive food... but i guess that's the times... Waitress was fantastic! Cook steamed broccoli even... though we asked for "raw". Not sure why it was confusing... If you go to here, ask for Tieshea. Absolutely fantastic! I got thetour of Italy. The Alfredo broke... But the flavor was good. Lasagna was ok, chicken Parm was not pan fried, or it comes precooked ... Oh well. Still comfort food Read more

Ordered gluten-free Rotini due to allergies (not life threatening, but still painful) and they served me Rigatoni, which has... gluten. I understand accidents happen and wouldn't have docked so many stars due to this, if our waitress hadn't insisted thatshe indeed served me gluten-free rotini. We had to call her over multiple times and, because she seemed frazzled, we tried tohandle it with grace and not be accusatory. But she refused to acknowledge that the pasta on my plate was rigatoni and not thegluten-free rotini. Maybe she was just embarrassed about being wrong? I don't know, but when food sensitivities/allergies are atrisk, it seemed crazy to us that she didn't know the 4'ish basic pasta shapes served here. If both my partner and I hadn'tordered gluten-sensitive meals, I could see how maybe she misheard, but she even repeated back "gluten-free rotini" when Iordered. I finally had to pull up the Olive Garden website and menu on the third time we called her over (because she'd justwalk away when we were trying to talk to her) to visually show her that what she ordered for me was wrong. Only then did she say"well, I can take it back to the kitchen, but I still think this is the gluten free option. 5 minutes later she runs by saying"they're fixing your order, it should be out in just a minute. You didn't eat any of that other stuff, right?" I asked her tocancel my order. That item was removed from our tab and they brought it out in a to-go container, but I didn't feel veryconfident eating it. I'll be offering it to a neighbor who doesn't have gluten allergies, since it seems wasteful to throw itaway. Was really disappointed in how the situation was handled. I do not recall an apology from the waitress or manager. Read more

What a disappointment! We ordered fried calamari and baked ziti. Small, burned, dry calamari is just really bad. Had to throw 2... orders away since they are just not edible. Baked ziti was good as usual. Read more

Best Olive Garden I've been to in a long time. The food was fresh and delicious! ???? the service by Leahna D was impeccable.... Our 1yr old and 3yr old may have made a mess but her unbridled service was on point. One thing is to have a good cook in anestablishment but to have the delivery of superb quality service and knowledge, just exceeds all expectations. We willdefinitely be going back to this olive garden for many years to come! Italian Margarita for the win! Highly recommend ???? Read more
