Slowest morning staff ever! Put in a mobile order 10min before arriving. Showed up to a packed seating area of people all... waiting for their orders and staff casually filling them. Asked for a trenta ice cup of water and a side of cream. Girl at the register didn't even ring it through the register so I... assumed she was going to grab the items immediately. Instead she walks away and makes other mobile drinks after whisperingsomething in one of her coworkers ears. I'm standing in the lobby for five minutes and it looked like no one was going to grabmy water and cream. So I walk up to one of the girls on bar and ask if there even was a trenta water coming up and my cream. Sheimmediately grabs it but seemed annoyed. Now my main issue is how the girl on the register was so nice to everyone else but assoon as I walk up to her she immediately looks annoyed. Very rude. I understand that they're understaffed as I also work in retail but was I some kind of invisible force that they... couldn't see and chose to call every other people even though I walked in and stayed at the pick up line because I had a mobileorder?
