If I could give it 0 stars I would ?Me and my wife come here regularly. Today was a problem. I usually get my Strawberry Açaí... lemonade refresher and a warmed croissant. Today I just ordered the drink. It seemed that the lady was being trained. Love tosee new faces :) nothing wrong with that. I was watching the trainer look at the trainee on how to make the drink.. my drink. Hedidn?t give her any instructions, didn?t help her out even when she was unsure and asked. when she was done making my drink, hedecided to tell her that she was short on the drink to add more ice and strawberry. My wife spoke up for me and told them theymade the drink wrong and the trainer told her with attitude how they make the drink she told them how it?s usually done. The worst place for pick up Uber deliverys specially if you are latin, everybody come into the restaurant and take Their... coffees, but the latin people They need to ask you if this is your order when you try to get it. Read more

I feel like this is happening to all of Starbucks in general where every store is heavily understaffed. The wait time is... significantly longer than prepandemic, and the service has tangibly worsened. It?s not necessarily the partners? fault thoughbecause they all seem just overwhelmed by the deluge of orders on any given day. Read more

I work at a nearby business and we love our Starbucks! One of our team members went there today to buy coffee's and breakfast... for the clinic. When she was given one of the coffee's the lid was not fitting properly and was super loose. She asked for a newlid and was denied her request. She was then argued with about what she wanted in her own coffee... I'm so confused becausethose are two easily resolvable issues and I've always known Starbucks for their customer service. I went to sip my coffee andluckily was warned about the lid because it in fact popped right off. I just don't get why the issue wasn't able to be resolvedin the store. We pay Starbucks prices for Starbucks service, if we can't expect that there are plenty of other alternatives at acheaper cost that would be more than happy to ensure our coffee's can be enjoyed without having to worry about spilling iteverywhere.
