I have tried numerous times to give this subway a chance and each time it's a different dilemma. Stopped by on a Friday night... for two-foot longs. Right off the bat, they tell me they have no roast beef. I am sure they had some in stock but were notinterested in bringing it out at 830 at night. Meanwhile, a female customer is arguing with one of the employees about a coupondiscount they are not honoring. After paying more than 17 dollars, our subs were marginal at best. Very skimpy in every way andthe employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store when I pulled in never washed his hands when he went inside. This placealways fails at every turn. I'm just shocked they remain in business. Evidently, West Hartford patrons seem to overlookcleanliness, customer service, and a store that is not neighbor-friendly at all. Rarely do the employees have a smile on theirface and the entire atmosphere is similar to a sweat shop. Never again! I gave them more than one chance which was my bad. Read more
usually I give a five star rating to this location, but Uber eats never delivered our food so we put in for a refund of our $30... plus money that we spent. Just wanted to let Subway know to be careful with Uber eats This happens to us a lot where they missdeliver or just don't deliver it, don't know what's going on with the drivers. Read more

The guy charged me for a milk when I only ordered a footlong. Then he tried to not give me a receipt until I requested one... because I knew the total was more than my tuna footlong. And then when I told him That he overcharged me. He tried to rectifythe situation by giving me cookies when I really just want my money back but I just took the cookies and left.
