Only fresh hand pulled noodles in Hartford area
I was pretty pleased with Jacki Chen and figured I would try the place as under new management. I arrived on Tuesday afternoon... lunch time and tried to open the door to go in. There was a woman inside who rudely waved me to go away. There was no signstating they were not open and the fact that she didn't have the courtesy to come to the door to offer any explanation shows methe type of customer service. I drove down the street and bought food from elsewhere. I will not be patronizing this restaurant.First impressions are important. Read more

The food here is excellent, the best we have found in West Hartford so far. The cost is also very reasonable.
Only place in Hartford to get liang pi and other xian food like rou jia mo (if there is another, enlighten me).
