They say that one bad experience can ruin your entire view of any business. I've eaten here many times over the past few years.... Always got the same lunch special for about 8.50. Today the service was subpar at best. I was charged 11.50 for the same mealbecause it was the afternoon. Didnt give me a drink or utensils (had to go back for the utensils). The woman at the registerseemed too busy with her phone to answer me or even help fix any issues. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I wentto eat, I found hair in the food. I updated this. Prices have gone up a lot and they have been inconsistent. They also really need to clean, paint, and update... the interior. It is very unappealing. I would not recommend to another simply based on this. It gives a bad impression. Oldreview: I ordered sesame chicken and veggie lo mein last Sunday, and it was AWESOME. They really nailed the noodle texture, andthe chicken was tasty and crispy. The rice had a good texture too. I have come here off and on since opening over 15 yearsago, and have never had a bad experience. Ordering again tonight. Hoping for more of the same! Maybe an upward trend?? Read more
I live 1/4 mile away from here, and it's been my go-to for Chinese Food as long as I can remember. Whenever I order, the food is... prepared exactly as I like it, which caused me to try just about everything on their menu. The people are great, they've nevermistaken my order and delivery is usually early. Always friendly. But the best part is their attention to detail, the food isalways perfect no matter what you get.
