Yesterday I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich which and it didn't look nothing like the picture, it was a tiny piece... of chicken with BBQ sauce. No hotness or flavor to it whatsoever. The food was poorly portioned, poorly packaged, cold, soggy, and the chicken strips were not cooked. I placed my order through... Uber Eats and all order notes were missed. I checked the receipt to ensure Uber got it right and sure enough it was all on thereceipt. I decided to call the store as I just wanted my order corrected. I asked if I were to bring it back could it beremade and was told no. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and clearly annoyed I was calling. Well firstly let me say I love the place and have been eating there for years. Recently the food has gone down hill. Sandwiches... badly made and missed order notes. I ordered dinner tonight and my Buffalo chucken sandwich was raw and unedible. I was a cookand understand the rush of food service but come on. Read more
Ordered a Classic burger with a milkshake and I had to peel my burger off the wrapper cause the cheese and had to wipe the... excess amount of Mayo and ketchup off my top bun and was missing ingredients that the burger originally comes with. My milkshakewas like I was drinking ice cold Yoo-hoo; very watery. Read more
