This Harwich Domino's is my summer go-to spot for takeout pizza. Though we do have our own wood-fired oven, and though we do... make our own dough, sauce, and toppings from scratch, when it's time for a pizza that we MUST HAVE NOW, these folks are THEBEST. Food A+ Service A+ Cleanliness/appearance of establishment A+ However, being told by the store manager that I can't wait ten... minutes in an empty dining area for a last minute addition to my original order "unless I am wearing a mask" I found to be quiteoffensive. I also disliked being bombarded with the reminder to "wear a mask" pop-up ad while I am ordering online. In factfor this particular reason, I will NEVER EAT AT A DOMINOS AGAIN until every single COVID 19 reference and mask required reminderare nowhere to be seen during my pizza ordering experience. Totally awful. Ordered online, and waited over an hour and a half for my order. When I never received it, I called the store... and asked to apeak to the manager so I could receive a refund. I was told the manager left, then I was passed onto the deliveryperson. Really? Im supposed to believe a major corporate chain would allow subordinates alone in the store a day before amajor holiday? Clearly, I was being lied to. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she stopped short of calling ME a liar. She clearly delivered to the wrong address. My next phone call will be to the regional managers office. Absolutely terriblecustomer service, and I will NEVER order from Domino's again. I ended up ordering from George's in West Harwich, had the pizzain 20 minutes, and it's the best pizza Ive ever had on The Cape. Read more

I called in an order at 6:50 pm tonight, October 29th, was told it would be 25 minutes. My husband showed up to pick it up, and... no order. He left, I called back to find out what happened to the order, and was hung up on. I called back a third time andspoke to the manager???, and was asked if I wanted to place another order. I said NO!
