Would give a zero if possible to slow and nasty mistakes. Rude employees who don't know how to turn their headsets off, screamin... in the drive thru speaker, but they do add jelly on your bagel!! Okay so how do I give this place 0 stars? Absolute disaster of a staff, everytime I go in they're plain RUDE and DISINTERESTED.... I actually don't mind that if the coffee is good but it isn't either. I have given this place a lot of chances and just cannotanymore. People go for their morning dose of caffeine and they just spoil the whole experience. They never have anything ready,hot coffee is never given with a stopper(burnt myself in the car), iced coffee is always a disaster made without heeding to theinstructions. Yup worse dunkin ever! I have waited almost 2 years to write this review- trying to give this DD the benefit of the doubt. As this is the closest DD on... my morning commute, I go there almost every day. Lately, the staff has been very rude. I?m okay with an order being madeincorrectly (accidentally), but I do not appreciate being told that it is my fault. Almost every other coffee shop will alwayscorrect the customers order without complaining. Also, when it?s 7AM and the drive through line is long, I try to go inside toorder. However, the staff locks the front doors. The DD app and Google hours show ?walk in? and ?drive thru.? However, thecustomers are physically being prevented from going inside. One time, the drive they line took 35 minutes for 7 cars. Lastly,the last months their signs advertise for pumpkin and pumpkin related coffee offers, however, I have been told that there is nopumpkin flavor. There are two girls here in particular that are great!! I wish I knew their names but they are wonderful and the crew I?m... familiar with is amazing. They are great at managing time and put out food. I came in for a to-go order and they were very busyand those two women made me feel welcome and called me by name.
