A friend of mine and I had decided on a whim last night to go to DD this morning. I happened to notice on the DD app that today... 9/29 is national coffee day and I was entitled to a medium iced or hot coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte because it was myfirst time getting pumpkin spice this season. Anyway, I used the app but the price didn't show the free coffee. I questioned whyI had to pay $4.29. My cashier was very nice, but when I asked for the manager to get a refund and after we figured out why thefree coffee didn't come off my price, (supposedly no mgr on site. Really? Only employees open the store and open the safe to getcash registers ready to open drive thru & inside?? That doesn't make sense) another employee with fading pink dyed hair cameover and told me that there were other customers forming behind me and they couldn't give me refund. Hello. I AM A CUSTOMER ALSOAND MY ORDER AND PRICE OF ORDER WASN'T CORRECT !! I called 800# right away and got the situation documented and gave bad reviewto corporate. Read more

Just want to give a compliment to the staff here at 12 Boston Post Rd in West Haven. Service is always good, staff are friendly,... and they always get my order correct. Even when it's busy the staff are patient and have positive energy which I appreciate.Thank you all! Read more

Parking lot is a nightmare. Worse still was the service. I went inside. Ordered a coffee and some food. Got my coffee. Stood... there for upwards of 5 minutes while everyone who ordered after me got their beverages and food. A young man behind the counterasked if I had received my food. I explained I had not. He spent several minutes looking for it. Found it... a young lady"working" was holding my bag of food, and had been the entire time while she was screwing around and chatting with hercoworkers. By the time I got my food, it was cold. How hard is it to put the bag of food on the counter, literally 3 feet fromwhere you're standing around chatting loudly about your personal issues? There were like 8 people behind the counter and onlyabout 4 or 5 were actually working. Read more

Very rude! Poor customer service skills! I went and was very polite greeted drive thru employees no response to the greeting.... Ordered my food and coffee. I asked for my coffee to be remade service was denied. Started to eat my hash browns and hair was inmy food. I?ve worked in fast food for years and I know the perks and what should be done and shouldn?t by employees. My coffeeshould?ve been remade without any questions!
