Ahhh Lorenzo's!!! I enjoyed this dining experience. We decided to sit at the bar. It took a moment for the bartender to... acknowledge us as she was busy bringing food to her tables. I ordered a margarita as always and nope!! Not made correctly and Ihad to send the drink back due to the fact that is was not shaken. Now as a bartender I know anything made with citrus you haveto shake it up. You could tell all ingredients were poured over the ice and not shaken at all. I ordered chicken Alfredo yesterday and received the most discussing thing ever! I called to get a refund and to let them know... how discussing the chicken Alfredo was. The pasta was dry and there was no sauce the sauce was a small splash at the bottom ofthe plate there was barely any chicken. The chicken was discussing no flavor at all. Overall it was extremely dry and justnasty. When I called to get a refund the customer service was terrible I wouldn?t recommend this place! They told me I couldn?tget my money back I had to get something else. I didn?t feel safe to get anything because of how distasteful their customerservice was and how discussing the food was. They kept putting me on hold just to keep telling me the same thing that theycouldn?t give me my money back.
