I?m still waiting for the day they get my order right. At least a dozen orders and it still hasn?t happened. Last time they told... me they couldn?t give me my order because it was out of stock, but waited until after I?d paid and refused to give me a refundbecause the manager wasn?t in to handle it. So I reluctantly settled for something of equal value I didn?t want. Friends, wouldyou believe they got that order wrong too? The location is extremely convenient as I park there for work, but there has to be alimit somewhere. I doubt they?ll even notice my absence they?re so busy, but this is the last time I will ever eat there. It?snot as if their food is any good anyway. Read more
The mens room remain dirty near the toilet for more than 6 week so far. The chicken wasnt good cooked today.
The location of this McDonald?s is very strategic and accessible especially if you?re a student or staffer at the Univeristy of... New Haven. I love to come here to just relax and enjoy the view. This McDonald?s is open 24/7 with a Drive-Thruservice. There?s a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able. When I order a McDouble and add Mac sauce and lettuce, I expect to see and taste both ? for 74 cents extra I should. I never write reviews and I give every business a chance but faithfully? without any doubt.. every time I go here the food... tastes old and stale. The French fries are always barely warm, burgers taste like they?ve been sitting under the warming lightfor hours. It?s a waste of money every time. Disgusting. It?s 3 am and for a McDonalds that stays open 24 hours, I shouldn?t be served reheated food. The woman at the drive... through window barely understood English & screwed up my order because i said water bottles and she tried to charge me forquarter pounders (that?s what she understood). When she gave me my total, is when I realized something was wrong. I ordered a #9Meal & a #1 Meal with two large sweet teas & two water bottles. Both burgers were cold and my bread was so stiff it looked as ifthe burger was REHEATED. The French fries also were reheated, as you can see, they?re dark as if they?ve been cooking for awhile or heated up multiple times. Definitely not fresh. Ps. I never received my sweet teas and i didn?t realize until we got toour destination which wasn?t close. It?s 3 am. We couldn?t eat the food it was disgusting. To top everything off, I never got areceipt so I couldn?t leave a lovely survey on her customer service, which was subpar. I would?ve loved to speak to someonehigher up.
