Horrible morning with this Starbucks. I waited in line for a half hour for a free cup, didn't complain as I knew they were busy.... Was late to my test and as I went to ask for my free cup the man said my drink didn't qualify because it wasn't a chestnutpraline latte it was a latte WITH chestnut praline. I asked what the difference was and he said my drink didn't have thetopping. I'm not one to complain but I don't like the topping so I would have to order my drink without it anyways. The workers were really friendly but they had limited food, no salad, so I didn't but anything.
I?ve been to restaurants where the meeting course was served faster than a simple latte at this Starbucks. Worst service. Poor... reception. Zero stars. Read more

I need to start by saying that I am not the Starbucks person in my family; however, I am often at Starbucks picking up for them.... This store is conveniently located but the area of the plaza that it is in is lacking regarding parking spaces or ease ofparking - that part can be a disaster. My family is glad that a larger one is being built right next door with a drive thruwindow. Can only imagine the Pink Drinks the house will consume then ??????????????????? Read more

Shirley and staff are amazing here! I travel quite a bit for work so I?ve been to a lot of Starbucks. While here, I watched her... great each customer that walked in the door by name and if she didn?t know their name, she would start up a conversation and wasso upbeat. She and her staff have a great thing going there. They run like a well oiled machine. Can?t wait to come back! Read more
