Bought the chicken tamales At Walmart. The filling was very tasty. However, the masa left quite a bit to be desired. It was dry,... crumbly and not much flavor to it. It seems like the masa would lend to being eaten covered in chili or some type of sauce. I?ma native Texan and I love any and all Tamales! I always keep cash on me during the holiday months in case I find them randomly.Lol I eat my tamales by hand and definitely prefer a moister masa. The size of the tamales is very ample and just a couple isvery filling. I may try another flavor sometime to see if a fattier meat has any effect on the masa. Read more

I just recently tried the Chaoarro's frozen tamales. They are a little spicy but they are delicious! I'm going to buy more.

Grew up in South Texas and have had many tamales. The beef tamales are best I have ever had. They are a bit spicier than I'm... used to but they are so flavorful. Even the masa is seasoned. If you like tamales, you'll love these. Read more

They are very nice to work with. This location is their factory, I have seen their entire facility and they take care to wear... hair nets and smocks. I have always enjoyed my experiences with them. The Tamales are very good as well, Add a little sour creamand Excellent! Read more

This company is so unprofessional. I was going to apply at this job, i went there for some training and the way they make there... tamales is really gross! There employees look like they don't love there job, their hair nets have holes in them, which isdisgusting because there hair is all over the place. You can tell right away that they dont ask for a food handlers permit! Ifyour reading this i would definitely not buy or order any tamales from this place! STAY AWAY! Read more
