I just went and got a drink. I was craving a Roy Rogers with Coke Zero. Fiiz normally makes the best. However, it tastes like... chemicals. Like sanitizing chemicals! I hope I don?t get sick. Needless to say I threw it out and wasted $4, cost + tip. My tipto you, taste your drink before you leave. I can?t just go back and demand a refund. What a waste of time and enjoyment. Read more
Waited 10-15 minutes standing in the hot sun at their order window. While watching two girls inside just stand there and talk.... Finally they opened the window and took my order. Not sure what?s going on with this location but it is subpar to other Fiizlocations Read more
They really put ?no soda? on all the drinks they made for my kids.. Why would anyone actually order it like this?!? I could tell... the girl that took my order was new, and needed help from someone else to get our order into the computer, so I?m sure it was anhonest mistake, but still.. I?ve been here 3 different times, hoping it would improve and it?s been a bad experience every time. The drinks are flat, the... syrups aren?t mixed well at all, and the customer service is lacking. Still haven't fixed their service or quality.. I had started ordering my drink special just to get it to taste like other... locations regular item. Today once again i received a flat no flavor drink. I paid extra for. I took it to the window and thegirl stated it was made correctly. I asked for money back. It was a nasty drink. I love fizz don?t get me wrong, but this location is a different story. We?ve came through the drive-through multiple times and... every single time they are super rude and don?t know how to speak politely to someone. I have came at different times and everytype of shift has a whole crew of rude people. They never ever had pretzels or Cho nuts ready even when they had them in stock.It sucks because most of the reviews are bad and it?s not even been open that long. HORRIBLE LOCATION TO COME TO. I have a slight addiction to fiiz. That being said, I have been very dissatisfied with my past two experiences at this location... (within the last week). Both times I ordered the same drink and both times they were made incorrectly. The orders are takencorrectly and are printed correctly on the label, but are missing ingredients. While this doesn?t ruin my life, it isunimpressive and upsetting because I pay a whole lot more for this drink than I do for a regular soda (almost 4 times as much).If orders can?t be fulfilled or done correctly I might as well go to the gas station and save some cash. Ordered plenty of drinks, had one bad one that they immediately replaced, no fuss. Always give me good drinks!
