When I first pulled up to place my order you can hear all the all the co-workers over the p.a system like they were having a... party the ladies took my order and had me waiting for 20 mins at the drive thru after they rudely gave me my cold food I wentinside to get my money back they gave me a hard time at first cause she was saying she would make it fresh I told her no I?malready late to my appointment. This Wendy?s is a poor example of what I would imagine the company would want it to be. Not only are they not open until 1am... like most other Wendy?s, they also almost never get your order correct. They are not friendly at all and are too involved intheir own personal interactions to be bothered with their customers. It?s no wonder that the McDonald?s across the street has aline out into the street all the time. I feel bad that this Wendy?s has spent the time and money on upgrading the building butneglected upgrading their staffing. It?s unfortunate that this particular Wendy?s just can not get it together with so manycompetitors in their area. Read more
