Just your regular Applebee's. University kids working hard here and they are friendly. Food was again, your regular Applebee's... but I will say I had a wrap and it was not good. I use to like Applebee's alot but that was years ago. I went this past Sunday all four of us didn't like our meals. My ribs were... burnt hardly any sauce and the fries were mostly small tid bits look like a kids meal.cook was off i dont know?The margarita wasgood but small amount compared to other places and the appetizers were good. We had a good looking Latina serving us my wife'sLatina. But the girl was forgetful. My buddies wife didn't leave her a good tip. The food and the service was good! But they took my reservation and never put it in the book! Then the manager looked me right... in a face and said we don't take reservations reservations!! I told him I make a reservation every time I come because I have 6to 8 people every time ! Then he told me we don't take reservations! We can write you down but we don't know when you will getto sit down! Then as they're putting it in the book! The young man comes to me and says we figured out who took yourreservation! I'll have a seat ready for you in a few minutes! The host and the waitress apologized several times for the Mixup! The whole time we were there I saw the manager going around the tables asking how everything was! But he never came to ourtable once. and though his staff apologized! He never did he never did! When I asked him to come to the table next! And saidyour staff apologized for the mix up ! But you never did! Why is that?? He said I could take some money off your bill! I asked for my son's burger to be well done, it was pink in the middle. We were left waiting for more than 10 minutes for the... carbide to go. No one came out until another customer pulled up, and they got taken care of first. Read more
Food was good, especially the garlic parmesian chicken bites. Only slight negative was that we did not get individual plates... with our appetizer, but we were OK with that as they were short staffed and busy so sharing the plate was fine. Read more
