Disappointed. We ordered the dinner box with two pizzas in it and bread sticks. When we got the pizzas there was hardly any... sauce or cheese on the pizza. We mentioned it to the waitress and her response was ?well, that?s not my fault?. She didn?toffer to get the manager or do anything to try and make it right. We won?t be back. We will stick to the Pizza Hut in CoalTownship. Read more
The pizza was good, as usual! First time at this location but no complaints.
Pizza was great and made quickly. Prices were low and service was fine. Highly recommend.
11/06/22 breadsticks were cold no sauce or cheese, pizza had frozen meat and was soaked in grease, wings were chicken nuggets... (cold) i gave them a 10$ tip and it felt like they did this on purpose you cant be this lazy or incompetent were the food isinedible, im never ordering from here again. im at disbelief how bad they made this i couldn?t of made it this bad if i wasblack out drunk. FIRST OFF, People always are smoking you can smell it, I was in with my 6 month old twins today and some lady threw something... and almost hit me with it and they are always cursing. Very unprofessional how they act. Recommend looking into to hire. All thedelinquents that you hire need to be gone. Let them go flip burgers at McDonald?s.never will be back. I placed an order through their app for delivery and the app automatically put it as carry out. The order was placed about 30... min prior to closing and I got tired of calling the store , called more than 20 times and no one answered. I assume they thoughtwe were calling to place an order. That was a horrible experience. Never again. Read more
June 19, 2022: Picked up my order and went home. Both pizzas were BURNED. Order was completely wrong. Called restaurant and was... told someone would get back to me. No one did. I completed the survey that was emailed to me that day from Pizza Hut Corp., andI received an email back stating that the manager of the West Hazleton location would be in touch with me within 3-5 businessdays to correct the issue. It's been almost 3 MONTHS, and no one has called or emailed. Read more
