While there a friend and I ordered our subs. I asked for meatball and cheese with Italian bun. I got regular bun and he had sub... open with cheese and sauce and asked me what else I wanted on it. "Hello, how about the meatballs?" Then my friend ordered andthe girl started working on it, never finished it and proceeded to take care of next customer, my friend had to remind her thathe was there first. Staff was extremely polite. My online order was ready in literally 5 min. It was correct, fresh, and tasted good.
Had to wait several minutes for the two girls to finish their conversation about how they were only going to work here two more... weeks. That should have been my cue to run fir the door! The service showed they didn?t care about their job, let alone theircustomers. I?ve never seen sandwiches thrown together so bad! I had to beg for them to actually put enough toppings on mysandwich. My veggie sub was definitely more bread than anything else. If this hadn?t been my third Subway attempt in the area,I would have left. At this point though, I?m just hungry. The staff was rude and very unorganized. After I said something to the lady she was very kind and apologized. The young boy's... behavior worsened! The subs were delicious though!!!!! The toppings were very fresh. I think they have trouble hearing with theplexiglass up which is understandable. Read more
Staff wasn't very pleasant, but the major complaint I have is that they tried to put my son's pizza in a water destroyed pizza... box that clearly had green mold on the inside. Thankfully I stopped them before his food was contaminated, but I am still besidemyself that they even tried to do that at all. Read more
