I ordered the Pollo Guacamole salad. The shredded mozzarella was rotten. They said they would make me a new salad if I brought... back the old one, which I did. I went back to pick up my new salad and asked repeatedly if the cheese is good They assured meit was fresh. I should have opened it right then and there and checked. I brought it back to my office and the cheese wasagain rotten. When I called back the young lady said that the girl who made it opened a new bag and "that's just how our cheeseis." Ordered on uber eats. First of all, 21 dollars for a burger is insane. No option to remove sauce off of the burger and they... dont even tell you it comes with sauce. And then after all that. 21 dollar burger that i ordered well done, comes RAWWW. COMPLETELY RAW AND DISGUSTING. Now i gotta cook my own burger that i paid 21 dollars for. First time customer, ordered on ubereats I ordered the shrimp asti panini and Tuscan fries. The Shrimp was brunt. When you... spends $30 at a restaurant you expect a good amount of shrimp. Yet they cut the shrimps in half an give three pieces. Which isridiculous. The panini was not appetizing at all. The French fries was drenched in oil and not fully cooked. Can't deny, the food is good. But the service is awful. The little girls up at the front have no customer service skills... amongst the lot of them, and the presentation of the food is consistently sloppy. I've ordered a few times, trying to give themthe benefit of the doubt, but there's always something off; a missing item, preparation instructions not followed, or just lazyservice face-to-face. I'll be happy to give my business to another one of the local eateries going forward. Read more
This is easily one of the greatest italian cuisine places in the area. This is a well known place in town and are usually busy... for good reason. Its a bit more pricey than average but easily affordable for a 2x a month visit. They offer excellent Panini'swhich are my favorite thing to order here. I recommend the Nuro panini for those who want to get an idea of the type of qualityyou are getting here. I recommend this place for a first date meal and also an anniversary. Its not too high class but authenticfood, not crazy pricey, and would make anyone happy eating it. Great job wonderful staff here! You people work very hard andmake some of the best food in the area. My lovely lady and I have come here for quite awhile now. I?ve only ever gotten paninis, and for good reason they?re the best... thing since ever. The bread is perfect, always hot and crisp. They offer so many different options, lots of meats and vegetarianoptions too. Bread and oil while you wait is a nice touch. Only downsides: if you sit in, there are tiny fruit flieseverywhere, probably due to the oil. Also the other day I felt kinda gross for about 18 hours after having a turkey sandwich,but c?est la vie.
