Is it too much to ask for the amount of milk I want in my coffee? Been a customer of Starbucks for 20 years used to swear by the... place as the best coffee shop in town. Now I get a bad attitude for asking for extra milk in my coffee that in my time used tobe provided free of charge at The milk bar. Not really happy with anything I get from Starbucks anymore. We asked for a caramel drink with 6 shots of caramel. It did not taste like any was added and they did not ask if we wanted... whipped cream or not. In other locations they always asked. This was the first location I've witnessed who never asked. Napkins were not available and instead of making both drinks together- we asked for two- we got them a out 5 minutes apart. We stop by to get.. a cup of coffee and a croissant, my pregnant wife want a cup of chocolate and once we got there.. they just... looked at us and said we are on break.. and they didn't sale the coffee or anything.. I looked at them like . are you seriousand they looked at me like it is pur break.. before we turned it up into a big deal.. we just decide to leave.. never comingback to that place Read more

Since it's inside a store, it's an independent Starbucks - hence the previous comments. What's worse is there's a new barista so... depending on the time you go, she6there alone. My order didn't taste bad but it was made totally wrong! They also dont have theability to scan pymt from your phone app, she has to take ur phone and key in manually Good Luck if you still choose to go.... Read more

I order the green tea latte and it was good ....but also a croissant wich was cold, like out of the refrigerator. They do not... have a microwave to warm up my croissant. Also, if you are paying through the app they need to do it manually because there isnot scanner. They need some improvements. Read more
