Terrible customer service! The girl who served me is an awful Indian girl. She was on the phone when serving me and told me to... wait. Excuse me! I?m the customer. Then she gave me an attitude the entire time and treated other customers different. She needsto be trained in how to treat customers. I?ll never recommend anyone to go here. The new young employee needs to be trained on sanitation and hygiene. She went from moping the floor to the sink to wash her... hands but didn't use soap. Then while she was toasting my food, she was touching the walls, scratching her hair, and touchingher face. I told her to change gloves before touching my food again, and she did it with attitude. Then a few minutes later shehad her arms folded with her hands lightly touching her shirt. Then to add on top of all that she barely gave me any topping formy footlong as if it was a 6 inch. I won't be going to that subway again, until I have assurance that she is better trained. Read more

Ice/drink machine is moldy. Spots of mold can be seen on the ice when dispensed. Dangerous bacteria can form in these machines... if not cleaned thoroughly, regularly. Was horrible service I asked her to make my sandwich over because she asked what I wanted then took out the bread the meats but... instead of putting it in the oven after taking out the customer before me she left it on the table in which I saw flies swarmingover my sandwich so I asked can she make a new one cuz of what happened she says no you can take it or not so after a briefargument I was leaving On my way! out tell me why the worked put the sandwich meat back in the trays along with the cheeseaswell I am disgusted and will never eat at this subway again Read more
