The service is really slow. I wish they had a pick up spot so you don?t have to wait in line to get a pick up order. Sometimes... when you order online it takes like 20 minutes for it to be ready, for just one smoothie! The staff is nice and they geteverything right which is good. I don?t love the food. I like the peanut butter flat bread sandwich and that?s about it. I likethe smoothie choices and the prices are good for the size you get. The manager is very sweet and tried to replace the smoothie if it is bad. but if you look through the reviews they frequently... have bad smoothies. After having one bad smoothie today (the third time this has happened) I was offered a replacement that wasjust as bad. And then I was refused my refund. Luckily it was only $5 because of happy hour. But it?s still upsetting that?sthis keeps happening and I to have to throw away money because the smoothie I received was inedible. And it?s also upsetting tobe told I should?ve added sugar and other things to a smoothie that should be naturally sweet. As if it?s my fault it doesn?ttaste good. They don?t want to admit it but the fruit is bad. But they make it seem as if you did something wrong, like youdon?t know what you?re ordering. After purchasing from these locations for more than 2 years Im pretty sure I know what I?mordering. I get these smoothies frequently, not just from this location. Whatever I order, I know what it to expect. And thislocation does not provide good smoothies sadly. Maybe I will have to try Merrick or Garden city. But If a customer is tellingyou something is bad (even if other customers didn?t come back and complain YET, granted you?ve only been open for 2 hours) youshould listen and just provide the refund. Instead I?m being told oh well. I can put it in the garbage on my way out. Two badsmoothies does not make up for anything. I will say the only thing good about the place is the manager who I see is trying herbest and only two very nice employees. But there?s one employee that?s likes to go back and forth with you as if you?re in thewrong. After the overall experience I don?t think I can keep giving this location my money or another chance.
