It took over an hour for them to even start my order. When I called about my order they were rude and hung up almost immediately... after picking up the phone. As I'm writing this I'm still waiting for my food. Horrible service Read more
If Super rude, don't give a dam , you take it how we make it or don't get it at all customer service is what you are looking... for, then this is the place for you! This is EXACTLY what Shahab, the general manager, told me when I called to clarify my orderplaced through the app ( which has zero means of specifying any details like extra garlic around the crust or provolone in steadof cheddar because the app only gave cheddar as the cheese option) Personally, it is not my preference to be treated like this.At best I would like the opportunity to have had my request heard before shooting it down with, "we make them the way we makethem either take it like that or don't take it at all". When asked who he was, he refused to give his name. Good thing the appnoted it. If this is why management is like at this , what clearly appears to be, family owned and operated is thatestablishment, count me out. Not another Dollar will be spent there. My mother called this Domino's chain up to place an order around 8:40pm and we ordered a large mushroom and olive pizza. We... arrived at 8:45pm. When we got there my mom asked to make sure the order was correct. The order was incorrect and we were givenpeperoni and mushroom which is a bit disappointing but not a big deal. However, when my mother asked if they could correct theorder the Persian employee got hostile towards my mother who is also Persian. I could see something was up from outside and wentinside after my mother told me what happened. They claimed they were making a new pizza, but the same employee was giving a rudeattitude. The person claiming to be the manager, a Persian man named Arash, came forwards and said that his employee did not getthe order wrong because they have recording proof. However, he never presented the audio recording and I know for a fact neitherof us mentioned the word peperoni. At this point I was getting a very hostile vibe from these two men and then the same hostileemployee hid behind his manager and asked if the woman next to me was my mother which I said yes. The hostile employee thenproceeded to say please have your mother stand out of the store so that we can talk, referring to him and Arash. My mother didnot yell or scream and was not hostile towards them, but that statement along this employee's behavior, gesture, tone and facialexpression came off as sexist. They then proceeded to talk Farsi back and forth as if we did not understand. At that point Icalmly left and decided to take our business elsewhere. It was 8:50 when we left the store. I will not be ordering from thisbranch of dominos ever again. They charge a ton for a pizza and to deal with employees like this proves to me that they do notcare about quality or customers. As long as you order from their coupons or specials it's a good value for family Friday night pizza night. I usually carry out... for the best value. It's a good idea to check your order as they seem a little more prone than usual to minor omissions in yourorder. Read more
Don?t over form this store. The absolutely worst. You can actually tell the difference in quality in their product vs other... stores. Store has zero semblance of customer service. Also, they never apply the garlic seasoning on the crust. Read more
