Love the #7 upgraded to California Club ( avocado & bacon with mayo) Mike way too.
Went into jersey mikes and had to wait five minutes to order food while one employee was just standing their doing nothing and... the other was taking a phone order. After following placing my order and paying for it, I waited 15 minutes to get my food, cometo find out that they not even started my meal and I asked for a refund and was told they will not give me a refund. Horribleservice had to file a fraudulent claim with my bank yo get my money back, terrible and rude service. Read more
I dont have the heart to leave 1 star. This place is legit understaffed. Only 2 workers on staff and I get the sense 1 of them... is brand new or obviously poorly trained. The other guy refused to speak. So maybe theres a medical condition or somethingpreventing speech. This is definitely my last visit to this location and quite possibly will never go to another locstion. I'min the store now and I've got 2nd hand embarrassment from the bad vibes. I secretly hope this is a hidden camera show becauseit's so so so bad here. Read more
Worse place to order , and unprofessional worker, they mad a mistake on the order for to go and when we back to store the JOSE... said sorry but I can give you a $1 (one dollar ) refund for $19 sandwich. I think you better to hire the people after fulltraining for taking care customer. Read more
Horrible service!!! Highly not a recommended location. Takes 4 workers to prep my food in 30 minutes. They categorize they're... customers on they're appearance and act like one doesn't have a time frame. Workers seem to not be engaged in they're work. Morethan half the time they just serve they're sandwiches with no To-Go bag or napkins. Read more
Horrible experience at this location. Came in for a quick sandwich ended up watching a whole disfunction of a store. They have... about three employees standing around doing nothing, while the girl making my sandwich on the grill leaves the chicken on thegrill and goes handle money on the register and back to my sandwich touching the veggies. Took about 30 minutes for one sandwichwith 5 people working, the man working there named jose not sure is the manager but if u are step up and take control !Embarrasing! Read more
this place is a joke, don?t even bother choosing your bread because you always get the wheat one. get your order delivered and... give your driver extra tip because these people really enjoy ignoring their customers and once they finally notice you all 3 ofthem will ask you one by one what?s your name just to make sure that your sandwich (that supposed to be ready for pick up 5 minsago) is still not ready and then they just go hide at the back Read more
