Place going down hill. When I first moved to West Hills this was one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to. Lately though... the friendliness of the employees has disappeared and they have become very rude. The portion sizes on the fries is less than itshould be. They have been putting little to no fudge in the sundaes. I understand it?s fast food usually kids with high turnoverbut whatever training was given before no longer exists. Read more
Seems like every time I come here they miss something out of the order or just get it wrong. It wasn?t always like this. Also... the manager is always right lol he would rather argue then to just give me small OJ that they missed from the order. I miss thedays of good customer service ???? I changed my rating because recently they have been alot better and the new manager actuallynoticed that items were missing and fixed the order before it got to me! They keep it moving here. Fast, yummy, and always get the order right. Hope I didn't just change that. What they're doing with... the Big Mac these days is phenomenal. It's the same thing they were doing with the Big Mac 30 years ago. They just got it rightand left it alone. Read more
From the beginning of ordering to receiving my food, the girl who was at the window (July 18 at 11 pm) was very mad, aggressive... and rude. Do you train your employees at all on how to treat customers? If they are tired of their work, give them a break, itis not my problem.
