Such an amazing Pho place and I can't wait to come back again. I stopped by this Pho So 1 because I was in the area and craving... pho. I came here right when they open so they were not busy. I was able to choose where I wanted to sit and the waitress give methe menu. I got their #1 pho soup (special combo with steak, flank, tendon and tripe) and it basically came out like a minutelater. The pho soup was so good and they give you a lot of meat with it. You don't get as much noodles but it's enough to letyou finish the meat. The menu states it has a "vegetarian" pho option but when you try to order it the only options are beef or chicken broth as soup... base options. Possibly the vegetable vermicelli is vegetarian but it could also have fish products in it? It's a local'sfavorite pho place so if you're not vegetarian it may be great! Read more
