I'm altering my review. Service is slow. And the new place is not friendly at all. It's smaller, and designed is just to get... you in and out, except the service is slow. Its lost the "coffee shop" feel with the remodel. If they think they were makingit better, they failed. Read more

Placed an order with Uber for delivery. Orders 1 danish and 1 brownie. Received the Danish and what looked like a chocolate... chip croissant. Ordered a coffee frap without cream. Received one with cream, which I can?t use. Out of 3 items 2 were wrong. I don?t a 33% accuracy rate is anywhere near acceptable ???? Read more
Let me preface this by saying I rarely give negative reviews unless it's pretty bad, and this is one of them. I needed an... afternoon pick me up and all my local coffee shops were already closed so my only choice was a Starbucks on the way to where Iwas going. I can say I was disappointed by the really really slow service. When I walked in there was only one person in frontof me that ordered maybe 2 drinks and there were 2-4 other people already inside waiting for drinks with 3 baristas. It took atleast 15-20min to get my 1 cold brew nitro. And in that same time there were at least 7-8 different people that ordered afterme, who knows how long they ended up waiting because it also looked like mobile orders were coming in and clearly beingprioritized. Pro tip: whenever possible, support local and small businesses to avoid this in the future. Read more

New remodel is horible. Cramped all for the sake of optimizing order output but they still can't get a mobile order out on time.
