The food here was awesome! Best food for the price in Los Angeles by far. The first time we visited Chin Chin, our waitress was... very friendly and food was decent! My husband was asked by our hostess that we provide our CDC verification and our ID cardsbefore we enter the establishment. We obliged, however, we felt as if she was rude and unprofessional with us. I was verydisappointed with how she treated us, especially after how good the food was. I have read other reviews and do not think herattitude reflects the ownership of the restaurant and would still highly recommend the food. Lastly, we did notice a non-service dog inside the establishment sitting by the customer. Why? No action was taken. Extremely displeased. Read more

The worst restaurant I have ever been to. The service was horrible the food is just as good as Panda Express and you pay twice... as much. Made reservations at 8:30 they close at 9:00. The minute it hit 9:00 music was shut off lights turned on and theystarted cleaning all around us. If they don’t want people in after 9:00 please don’t let people make reservations at 8:30.Don’t waist your money. Read more

Every plate was delicious from the BBQ ribs to even the kids low mein was great so happy because I have a picky eater and he... couldn't stop eating them. But whatever you do make room for the churro dessert, almost skipped it because we didn't want tofeel so full and so glad we didn't. Can't wait to go back for more Read more
