I guess they make their own cookies and ice cream but the big draw here is you can make your own ice cream sandwich. Absolutely fabulous cookies in beautiful West Hollywood! They serve 'em warm, and they are kept in a warmer so they will always... be gooey goodness. I had their triple chocolate deluxe and was definitely very satisfied. A cookie from Insomnia is big enoughto share, but you will likely not want to.
