I work locally and I am in and out of this Mendocino’s all the time :) normally I have no issues with ordering a half sandwich... and large soup but the cashier said they can’t do it. As a regular who comes and is loyal I said they have done it before andalways honor it. I had incredible customer service from cashier Logan today regarding introducing me to their restaurant as a first-time guest.... He was extremely informative, honest and likable which made me want to buy products from him naturally. Ordered online via Google "ORDER PICKUP" on Monday, 1/3/2022 around 11am right when they opened. It said pickup was ready in 15... minutes, and it was! Pickup was smooth, no issues at all what so ever! I literally walked in and to my right was a large shelfwith all pickup online/postmates/uber eats whatever orders. I walked right up to it and then a staff member greeted me there. Itold him my name and that I ordered online and we both saw my name on their paper bag right away (see picture)! I am vegetarianand really like their Vegan Banh Mi. This is the only food I have tried at Mendocino Farms and I always order it. It wasdelicious and consistent with other Mendocino Farms locations. So, what I am going to say without a doubt, the food is delicious. We had the cobb salad and all of the flavors just came... together perfectly. It felt fresh without the timely constricts of a sit-down meal. However it is pricey and can be a littleoverpriced for a salad. Also, no soda or branded drinks so they only offer very expensive alternatives. Read more
