Great experience dining here! Excellent food and service! All dishes were very flavorful, distinctive, well prepared and... presented. The service was on point and I was impressed with every plate. The ceviche was my favorite - sea bass was tasty andthe grilled prawns were delicious. The presentation of Paella was perfect as every bite of it! I enjoyed the interior andfriendly service! This is a perfect place to go on a date or even in larger groups! Read more

Had dinner with a very good friend on a Monday night. We made our reservations through Google or OpenTable (?) and we were... seated right away. It wasn't busy during the time we came in so I feel like anyone would've been accomodated right away evenwithout a reservation. To start, we ordered Ginger and Strawberry Mocktails because it's too early for us to have alcohol on aMonday lol. The drinks were both pleasant and refreshing. I highly recommend both drinks to try! We had Hamachi Ceviche andAceitunas for our appetizers. The portions for both orders were good for 2-3 people max. Our ceviche was super fresh and had theright kick of spicy to it, we totally loved it! Plus the butternut squash with the sauce.... TO DIE FOR. The Aceitunas wasreally, really good! I just wish there were more flatbread but really can't complain. The eggplant puree really complemented theolives and the nuts, super delicious! And for our main dishes, both the Camaronea and Chaufa Paella ARE AMAZING. The servingfor the paella was very huge so we still had leftovers to take home. The giant prawns were cooked to perfection and it was verysavory! Will definitely for sure come back to this place. We really enjoyed our experience dining in Rosaline. Also, ourserver was pretty nice and sweet! We forgot her name but I told her she looked like a model because of her cheekbones lol, sucha cutie! Read more

This restaurant has absolutely delicious food! The eggplant mousse we got was my favorite- it was so flavorful and probably my... favorite dish of the night. The ceviche was fresh and had a great marinade. The one thing we’d pass on in the future was thepaella. It was good paella, but it just wasn’t anything to write home about when every other dish had a beautiful flavorpallet. Read more

A very nice little spot off of Melrose and La Cienega. Beautiful dining area inside and a complete lack of pretentiousness.... Expect just about everything on the menu to be stellar. Get the short ribs if you can. The ceviche/crudo offerings are allstellar and offer their own unique personalities. The rice dishes are well thought out and balanced. It's very relaxed even whenit gets busy. I'd recommend taking your time and exploring several menu items at one sitting. Reservations are a good idea sinceafter the 1st hour it does get quite busy. A great Friday cocktail and early dinner spot. Read more

Great food, but the service was terrible. I made the mistake asking for a table outside, and I’m guessing that might be what... contributed to the lack of service. Long story short, service had to be requested and not offered by our server. We just saw hima couple of times. Our party of three started with the hamachi ceviche and beef skewers. I thought both were pretty standardfor these dishes. Wasn’t amazing, but just okay. We also shared the Lomo Saltado and Seafood Chaufa Paella, which were bothamazing, fully of flavor, and arrived at the table hot. The Lomo Saltado has such much flavor in the sauce. We had the extrasauce all over our Paella rice. I’m thinking that slices of bread would be a great addition with the Lomo Saltado. Paella wasjust as delicious as the Lomo Saltado. The crispy layer of rice at the bottom makes the dish even better. Metered parking onthe street. I’ve dined in the area many times and have never had issues finding a spot at one of the meters. This place was poppin on a Friday night. Filled with chic patrons of all walks, this West Hollywood hot spot is located next to... EP & LP Rooftop on the busy Melrose and La Cienega corner. Parking is terrible so valet is certainly your best bet if drivingyourself. The Modern Peruvian menu had some really great dishes and the cocktail list was awesome. I tried to do some researchon the restaurant and couldn’t find anything, so I’m not really sure the backstory of this place. We ordered the tomahawk,Branzino, Seafood Paella, Causa Jar, and the Hamachi Ceviche. The best of these dishes was the Seafood Paella and the Ceviche;both were excellent. In terms of the service there was just a couple things that left some room for improvement. Our partydidn’t have the proper place settings - several people were missing knives and forks because they would get cleared withoutbeing replaced. And none of the dishes came with serving utensils, so everyone had to use their own to divvy up the food. For arestaurant at this price point, this is a big miss. I’ll assume it was just a bad night. I’d certainly recommend planning anight here for some yummy eats before a night on the town. I wouldn’t necessarily plan a date here though because it is veryloud and geared more toward the party crowd. Check it out and enjoy! Read more

Peruvian food is calling your name! This place has a special place in my heart. What a great experience I got the pleasure of... having at this place. Service was excellent and the ambiance was intimate, yet lively. The vibe is wonderful and the lushvegetation from the ceiling just adds to the atmosphere! Cocktails here are fabulous. Highly recommend the Bellicose Warrior. Asolid drink that has that smoky mezcal with a citrus kick! For appetizers, the Causa Jar and Kampachi Ceviche were greatstarters! The Causa Jar has layers of deliciousness served with some toast to spread on. The Ceviche was paired with some sweetpotatoes that gave a wintery vibe. Super delish! For entrées, the Lomo Saltado and Arroz con Pollo were elevated comfortabledishes with a Peruvian twist. The Lomo Saltado is a breakfasty dish with a sunny-side egg and filet mignon. The Arroz con Pollowas hearty and very well made. Juicy chicken over rice with an explosion of flavor! Really enjoyed both dishes! Overall, can'twait to visit back here. Definitely want to try some of the amily style dishes, such as paella, another time! Read more
