Hostess seemed to not like her job. No sense of urgency at this place. Pretty much empty on a beautiful Saturday afternoon when... everywhere else was packed. Should’ve known better and left. Out of a lot of food and plates look dirty and chipped. Sloppiestpresentation of sushi I’ve ever seen. Nobody wants to be seated by the employee break area that took up over 4 tables andlistening to their work issues. This place is poorly managed period! All management should be fired or reassessed and employeesretrained. Waited over 25 minutes for bill while server sat and gossiped and then told to pay by scanning code on receipt. Guesswhat? Some people don’t want to pay that way and it shouldn’t be forced. Corporate needs to get in here fast! Verydisappointed and will never return and will tell everybody I know not a good experience and hasn’t been the last 2 times. Getit together people! Such a shame, this place used to be great! First time going. The food and service was good. The Calamari was crisp and nicely seasoned. I also got the Korean glass noodles... with shrimp and enjoyed that as well. So I know this place has been open for years but it was my first time here. With everything I heard about this place my... expectations were high. Let's start with the seating I did nor feel comfortable where I was seated but when you know better youdo better. The Hostess stated that we needed to call for reservations and say we want a booth. We order the shrimp dumplings that were not completely done. What was very impressive was that the Manager Mike came over and apologized for the undone app.So we received our entrees and I found they were just par. To end the experience we had to check out by scanning the bar code tocheckout with our credit card which I did not like at all. On a minimally busy Sunday night we had a poor experience. The waiter was nice., but the kitchen was slow and had no idea how... to cook their recipes. Food was bland, watery, portions were small, chicken was hard. Waiter noticed the time and saidnothing, shared the issues with the food and he did nothing. Me and my two sisters came to PF Chang on Saturday. We had a very awesome experience it first started from the greeting at the... door by Kelsey and when she seated us she was a great hostess. We was greeted by Sarah which was our waitress. Sarah was veryattentive about me and my two sisters needs.. Sarah was very professional and she has awesome listening skills. Sarah made nomistakes with the ordering. Also me and my sisters ordered six glasses of wine which was very tasty thanks to the bar staff.Also the food and the plating was beautiful no fingerprints on the plates which says alot about how y'all expedite the foodbefore coming out of the kitchen. 3 years ago me and my sisters came there with my mom for Mother's Day brunch however my mompassed within the last 2 years. So with that being said we really enjoyed this and we're going to make it a tradition to come inevery Mother's Day to celebrate my mom. The restaurant wasn't busy and our food took a while to come out. The hostess looked at us like if we were lost or something... when we walked in. Our server was pleasant, can't remember her name. My husband order pork fried rice, and ate one bite. Didn'tcare for it, i ordered chicken pad thai and came with a shrimp in it. Luckyly I'm not allergic to shellfish. But I don't likeshrimp. And my whole plate kinda taste like shrimp. I couldn't finish. I told the server it wasn't a big deal and it wasn'thowever I didn't enjoy my dinner. Appetizer we're good. Service was good but the food was not. It’s hard to ruin a fried rice dish, but somehow they did. It was tasteless and the... meat was over cooked, nearly burnt. The Singapore street noodle was drowning in sauce and too salty. Zero curry even thoughthat was supposed to a part of the dish. We read the poor reviews but were hopeful. Oh well. Read more
My boyfriend and I recently visited here for our anniversary. Chloe was our waitress and was awesome! They made a point to make... us feel special with a signed congrats anniversary card for the table and a complimentary dessert. She also brought out asprinkler with dessert.
