Every time I've been here, the service has been slow. I don't mind waiting during busy periods, but waiting 20-30 minutes on a... slow day is ridiculous. I come here during my breaks and I don't have time to spend all day waiting for these baristas to get ittogether. Read more

the worst starbucks ever. it?s alway busy and they are always messing orders up including mine every time i go before and after... work. even my friends complains about how they also messed their orders up. i went there today with my friend after work andthey messed up my drink twice. i ordered a strawberry açaí refresher with peach juice and they gave me a mango dragonfruitwith peach juice then i told the girl i ordered a strawberry açaí refresher with peach juice and i said it twice i wanted itwith peach juice and i got a strawberry açaí refresher but with lemonade instead. My friend got a caramel drink but didn?tmessed that up but they messed up a simple refresher twice. never go to this starbucks. the one in target in waterfront is waybetter !!! Read more
I?ve been here twice this week. I ordered the exact same order. Both were horrible and loaded with ice even though I request... light ice. I accepted a remade drink the first time. She literally strained the ice and filled half a cup up with milk. For a $9drink.. I got milk. If I request light ice, they fill the cup up completely. I won?t be back. Beautiful and lively place to hang out, but the coffee was a fail. Looked or tasted nothing like a shaken espresso. ????
It is a small Starbucks and it is always packed. I visited this location with my sister and we ended up ordering our drinks with... the app while we were still in line and got our drinks much faster that way. We were leaving with our drinks while the people infront of us were still second in line to order. Drinks were good, but definitely recommend ordering with the app to save sometime. Read more
Very friendly and conversational staff! This location is exceptionally small though and can get crowded and cramped fast at peak... times. The outside seating is excellent with wide open views of the shopping square. Great place to relax outdoors in the summerand a good location to warm up if shopping in the cold. Read more
