Hot summer days beat thing to have is soft serve cone. EVERYONE was super friendly and sweet. Love going there.

I would give this place negative 100 stars if i could. 2 months ago i ordered shakes for me and a colleague and we got food... poisoning from the turned milk they use. We spoke to them and they tried to offer us gift cards in replacement for getting ussick. I spoke to Paul the owner and so tonight i decided to give them a second chance and this is what they delivered to me, seeattached pic and inside one of the shakes is a plastic wrapper, as seen in another pic. Oh guess what they offered me a refundand more shakes again, like i want to be poisoned or to choke to death again. The never apologize, just try to fix by offeringmore like that is going to fix the fact that they poisoned you or they gave you foreign objects in your drinks. They have fakereviews most likely written by friends and family members. The first time the milk was sour we got food poison, the second timethey send me this and put a plastic wrapper in it. Please be very careful when buying here, specially if you have kids. I aminforming the board of health, the better business bureau and i am taking them to court, they have tried to kill me 2 times now. Read more
Best Carvel on Long Island. Whenever we are hungry for Carvel cake, root beer floats or flying saucers, we travel to west islip... Carvel. The man who owns it is so nice and kind to our family for many years. His Carvel always tastes the best. 5 stars, bestCarvel!!! Read more
