Ordered online a bagel and cream cheese plus coffee. I saw they made only the coffee so when I asked the boy making the food if... I could have my bagel he replied "Didn't get a bagel order so i'm not making it. Give me proof". I was already going to be lateto work but I dug it up & showed him and he still refused to give it to me after I clearly ordered and paid. IDK what his nameis but he he is a skinny hispanic teenager always making the food. Rudest person. I am hispanic myself and people like HIM arean embarrassment to our ethnicity. I wish I could give 0 stars, just got my coffee full of coffee grinds. They are very careless when they make orders as well... anytime I?ve gone and gotten anything from them I have left very disappointed. Read more
This Dunkin? location is THE WORST, I don?t know how they are still open. This place is always so dirty, food is cold, coffee is... never made properly, and their machines are always broken. Ordered my food on the app after a double shift, went in and was toldtheir oven is broken, only received my coffee and won?t get my food for my sandwich and hashbrowns the guy is just laughingwhile he has a group of friends like over 10 People running inside cursing and hanging out. Unprofessional and untrained staff. They were cursing in front of me. Food was improperly made. Ice coffee instructions were not... followed. I had yo reutrun with my black pepper bacon sandwich because the egg was cold. I will never visit this location again. Read more
I placed on the go order went 10 minutes after I placed the order. My order wasn't ready and only one employee behind counter.... He never even asked me what my order was. There was at least 8 other customers in the shop and in the 10 minutes in there hedidn't go to counter once. It looked like he had 2 big Grubhub orders. Read more
I give them 3 stars only because some employees are really nice but other then that they don't know how to make coffees, they... always get the orders wrong and I only keep coming here because I work in the parking lot and usually don't have time to go toanother dunking shop. Maybe employees should learn how to make the orders correct and some employees need to fix theirattitudes. Read more
