acai bowls are great! however, I?ve tried their bubble tea multiple times and not a fan- too watery. staff is always nice and... polite! looking forward to trying other things on the menu. edit: bumped up to 5 stars bc I?ve tried various things here andloved it besides the bubble tea. I think it is a training issue for the staff, not quality of the product. I was disappointed when the server spilled almost all... of my hot fudge out of my hot fudge sunday. I should have asked her to pump some in a separate cup to replace it, as the hotfudge is the point! As she continued to wipe the mess off the outside of the cup, she wrongfully (knowingly?) assured me therewas plenty in the cup. There was none... Spoke with the owner Christine recently in regards to some issues I had with a transaction at this shop and she was very rude... and had a very bad attitude. Extremely unprofessional for someone who runs a business in these trying times when all I neededwas a receipt of a past transaction. She Should really rethink her customer service outlook as that is a terrible way to talk tocustomers. I would recommend not going to this business. Read more

I am appalled with the service of Hershey?s Ice Cream in West Islip. I strongly suggest rethinking ever supporting this... business. Based on how things turned out, I wouldn?t be surprised if the owner uses spoiled ice cream just to save a dollar. Apicture for an edible image was brought in on Thursday night for a party on Saturday. We paid $15 for the image. I get a phonecall the next day, Friday, that its $20. The owner didn?t know it was paid for already. Then on Saturday, the day of theparty, I had to call to see if it was ready. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just completed and theydidn?t get a chance to call. Up until here, everything was actually fine. They were taking care of the order, paid for was notwritten down but they didn?t ask me to pay anything additional. Fine!! BUT?.. I?ve seen their posts on Facebook about customcakes and pictures of cakes the store has done. I know this is not their first edible image to print. What I don?t understandis how they could possibly think it was OKAY to tell me it was ready on the phone and NOT SAY its not perfect. The cake was themain focal point of our sons 2nd birthday party dessert table. The image is what brought everything together and their storeRUINED it. My husband went to pick up the edible image as I was greeting guests to the party. Imagine how stressed I am that thecake was not ready to go before the party. I should have told them the party was Friday. The images were so bad that he didn?teven take them from their store. The colors were WRONG on a major character and the background was supposed to be white not alight green color. The wording ? appy Birthda ? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!
