very rude service! when i walked the man was not in the front, he was also on the phone the whole time. the man which is... probably the owner charged me and my bf $10 for bacon. he also proceded to charge me $4 for ?extra chicken? that he didn?t askif i wanted. he also said the price was $50 and some cents after we asked why it was $50 he proceeded to say he?ll give us adiscount of $2 but said the price was $47.At the end the total price was $44.95.. i love subway but i will not be going back tothis location. why is the total over $30 for 2 meal is beyond me and this man should not be running a business! he also keptasking multiple times to get extra stuff.. even after saying light lettuce he proceeded to over flow my sandwhich. I always use this location but not after today ! I ordered online to pick up at 6pm 40 minutes from when I ordered it . I got an... email at 545 saying it was ready but when we went to pick it up only 1 of 5 sandwiches were done ! I paid for extra cheese on 1of the sandwiches and it had NON AT ALL !!! I called to let them know it was wrong the guy ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT IT SAYING HE DIDBUT THEIR IS NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF CHEESE LET ALONE EXTRA THAT I PAID FOR !!! I couldn't believe how rude he was so I will nolonger go to this location , their are plenty more locations that are just as close! This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but... I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with himmuch faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason tolook at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a phillycheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said randomcraving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told mehis name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on thewebsite right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customerservice. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak. Picked up three subs from here tonight And they were just awful. All three of them were on stale bread for I found mold on the... bottom of them. Nothing like a side of mold with a sandwich.
