Be careful when you order the Fancironi !!! Twice now I have ordered it. The first time I didn't look at it before I left the... store. It had 30 pepperoni on it. I was headed out of town and didn't have time to take it back. This time it was a regularpepperoni pie. Luckily I looked at it before I left. There was maybe 50 pepperoni's on the pie. The ad says at least 100. I hadthem make me another while I waited. It had maybe only got 90 Peps.... On the left is the ad on the right is what I got....Luckily, Bret was there to keep me company while I waited. It tasted great but someone needs to train the kids in the backbetter. Read more
I am so not happy with this place. I thought 15-20 minutes was reasonable, I was short on time and drive thrus here can... sometimes take longer than that. If they would have said it was going to be 35-40 minutes, I would have went somewhere else. ButI was there for 35-40 minutes. I?m reasonable, the woman at the counter kept saying it was just going to be a minute. I couldhave been told it was going to take twice as long. And somehow, all my food was not hot at all. The pizzas were barely warm andthe middle of a piece of crazy bread was cold?.now does that even happen after waiting that long?? (I checked in the parkinglot) I also got charged for marinara sauce, that I didn?t want! I clearly said no to it. Honestly, I would have just handledthis there but they already took way longer than I had time for. Very disappointed, if I wanted to microwave my food, I wouldhave bought DiGiorno. Read more
Such nice employees!! The lady came out and gave us some cookies with our pizza because we are having a rough day. So sweet!
Pizza pizza!! The Caesar has stepped his game up! I don't know if it's our local one that's so great or if it's in general. But... we love it. They do a great job running it and help out the young workforce with an opportunity. We love how quick and ready thefood always is and of course it's prices. Read more
This place is supposed to have hot and ready pizza's. I have worked at a little Caesars before it is not that hard to get them... through that oven and on the rack. I walked in n after 15 minutes of waiting to be told it was gonna 10 minutes for our pizzathat is supposed to be hot and ready as advertised. I don't know who the management is but they honestly need to get a gripthese kids look they are standing around talking rather than doing their job. Read more
Twice I have ordered online and I had to wait over 45 minutes for both. The second time they gave my pizza to the wrong guy and... he brought it back and then they left it on the counter and tried to give it to me. I don't want to take a pizza someone elsehad taken and then had been left to sit on the counter. The guy didn't seem like he wanted to make me a new one. I would giveless than one star if I could. They had gotten several other people's orders wrong the second time I had went in. Others hadbeen waiting a long time also. Don't go here unless you don't mind waiting a long time for either the wrong order or for themto leave the order just sitting out on the counter. Read more
Normally very good pizza and service. Today 09/29/2020 the service was terrible. Ordered online and receipt said ready... 6:04-6:09. At 6:16 walked in and the young girl up front went to the back and came back up saying there never got a good aftertelling me they thought it was a extra. No apologies or correcting just stating that they could remake the pizza. I had to askhow long she said 10 minutes and nothing else. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at little Caesars. Normally anapology or compensation for your time but not here on this night. I get young people need to work, but a manager or someone inauthority should be available to handle there screw-ups. I normally order at least once a week, but it might be a whilenow. Mistakes happen but good customer service goes a long way on how you respond. Read more
Ive been to my fair share of Little Caesars and this one is by far and large the best one I have ever eaten at.
