I am sorry up front. But this was probably one of the worst Arby's meals I have ever had. The issue being what should be Arby's... claim to fame - The Roast Beef. It almost feels like the Roast beef was purchased from somewhere else, and new policies are inplace to cut it thick. The Roast Beef had little pockets of fatty deposits that I had to pick out and that was disgustingenough. In addition the roast beef was not cut thin, it was very thick. Lastly the amount of roast beef on the sandwich feltlike 50% less then it should have been. Perhaps that is a perception issue since I had thicker cut beef, but regardless it feltlike there was almost no meat on the sandwich. A colleague had went to this location a week ago and complained about similar.Sadly I will probably not be going back to this location anytime soon if at all. For fast food my stomach doesn't turn. No long lines and cold fries.
I love Arbys, but this is becoming something that is a usual occurrence. We go through the drive through and then get home and... discover food missing. This has happened at this Arby's more than once and it's also happened at other Arby's. We shouldn't haveto dig through the bags to make sure the order is correct. Read more
Thank you can not express the thanks I have and need to give to the employees here today. I needed to place a large multiple... group order and had been turned down by other food establishments. However this Arby?s location was super accommodating and waswilling to help with the orders. They were friendly , and service was quick and correct. I would recommend them as they arewilling to help even when staffing is short. Thank you and great work! Read more
I always just love Arby's. I don't go often because when I do, I go big! I've never had a bad experience here. Sandwiches are... delicious. Curly fries are the bomb. And ooooh the cheese sauce. So yummy! Read more
I love Arby's but this location was the worst, it honestly took ten minutes to get from the order board to the window and there... were only two cars ahead of us. Once at the window it took five more minutes to get an order. When I got home I saw the fries(see picture below). When I called to complain she refused to give me a receipt number and hung up on me. I love the chicken salad sandwich from Arby's. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. Went through the drive... thru, and they neglected to give us any sauces or napkins. And the chicken salad sandwich can hardly be considered a freakingsandwich. They put hardly any stuff on it, when normally it's so much that it's spilling out. Read more
