This is the Wagyu Burger with NO Onion. Definitely NOT worth $7.00. I should also mention that it was cold and boring. Better... burgers elsewhere, and for the same price. Requested specific sauces through drive-through, Employee acknowledged my request.When I got home there were no sauces of any... kind in either bag. Service does not seem to have Improved at all since prior reviews. None of the employees seem to speakEnglish as a first language. The woman at the register said "I'm assuming to go"? I said no we're going to stay here to eat and she said "I just assumed... since I could hear kids" excuse me for bringing my kids to your very fancy fine establishment to dine in. And if I'm beingcompletely honest my kids were well behaved and did not make a mess. Shrinkflation hits Arby's. I've had turkey ranch bacon sandwiches here plenty of times. But check out the photo. Two thin,... see-through slices of turkey? Three small rings of onions. Not even leaf lettuce. I had to spread the toppings out myself andthey couldn't even bother cutting the sandwich. What is worse is that the supposedly 3 oz classic roast beef sandwiches that webought were missing about half the meat they should have had. Check out the photo. 1.6 oz. instead of 3. Seriously???? Not only did I get a bone in my roast beef sandwich. This is the second time the curly fries tasted like they had been cooked... twice. I thought that I?d give them a second chance but think I?m done. Read more
I would not recommend this location. The service was poor and the food was a disappointment. Stale fries, watered down lemonade,... and worst of all the boneless wings I ordered were more like miniature chicken nuggets covered in sauce. I will not bereturning. Read more
It was a terrible experience honestly. The cashier was rude. While i was ordering I handed her a coupon and she snatched it out... of my hand. I told her what I wanted from the coupon and then she rudely said "what for this one?", she wasn't paying attentionto me. They forgot our jalapeño bites, when I told her, she threw them on the counter and didn't apologize or say anything. Shewas also very mean to the staff, she acted like she was a manager but didn't have a name badge or anything to imply shewas. When I got home the fries and the French dip sandwiches were all cold. The French dips sauces were not even half full. Myhusband had no meat on a fourth of his French dip sandwich. My mom got crinkle fries and received a mixture of crinkle andcurly. The food was really bad again. I said I wouldn't go back last time I went in to try there burger and it was terrible. Yesterday... the French dip tasted icky, rubbery, gross-ness. Even the cheese tastes wrong. Well never again. Bye Arby's, it's quality overspeed and quantity. Read more
